Consulting Engineering Services
We are a consulting engineering firm providing mechanical and electrical expertise to the building industry. Services offered include complete design of plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical systems for commercial, educational, health care and industrial buildings. All related work such as studies, investigations, energy evaluations and code review are basic services provided on a continuing basis. The objective of MECI’s staff is to furnish complete engineering services that reflect practical and coordinated mechanical and electrical systems to meet the project's requirements and budget.
Electrical Design
Our electrical team designs the full electric service for a variety of projects. Our team works with the electric utility to design the services for the entire site. Our design can include the electric service and metering design, as well as site lighting, interior & exterior lighting, communication & alarm systems, and control systems. We will also observe construction and perform studies and surveys as needed.
HVAC Design
Our HVAC team will design your heating and coling systems, analyze your project for energy code compliance, observe the project through construction, and complete surveys and studies as needed. Design may include construction documents, specifications, energy code compliance reports, submittals, and cost estimates; depending on project requirements. For renovations, an evaluation of existing building systems may be included.

Our plumbing designers will design the fire protection system and plumbing systems for your project.
